Our customer was willing to increase his profitability in medical plaster sales by partly involving in production processes. AidMac was responsible for delivering a complete solution from feasibility study to machines design. We have utilized 500m2 of space with slicing, winding and spooling machines. As a result, our customer had gained the ability to process ready materials into finished products.
AidMac also involved in architectural planning, infrastructure preperations and personnel trainings.
A 1000m2 production facility was allocated for complete medical plaster production in Iran. Project involved entire process from hotmelt adhesive coating to packaging with an extensive machine park. AidMac was also responsible for project design, machine deployment and personnel trainings.
In this project AidMac involved in development of adhesive formula and carried out experiments for establishing the optimum chemical mix for the market.
AidMac was responsible for delivering a complete solution from feasibility study to installation in a semi finished processing facility. We have utilized 700m2 of space with slicing, winding and spooling machines. In this project, our customer started to process ready bobins into finished products.
AidMac helped its customer to benefit from government incentives and as a result, our customer became the first facility of Kazakhstan in plaster production.
Project included 1.500 m2 of production space and special solutions for machines design. AidMac delivered adhesive coating machines which were capable of coating all types of adhesives. Also, multiple perforation machines are designed from sketch for different dimensional settings.
AidMac developed a special adhesive formula based on customer’s need. Addition to that, AidMac was responsible for quality management documentation and GMP compliance.
AidMac helped its customer to benefit from government incentives and to become the first facility of Algeria in plaster production.
